Shipping Range

We currently ship to the United States and Slovenia.

Shipping Costs

USA: $3.90 flat rate, or free on orders over $50.

Slovenia: €3.90 flat rate, or free on orders over €35.

No hidden fees — all costs are clearly stated at checkout.

Processing Time

• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
• Order Cut-Off Time: 11:00 PM Central European Time (GMT+1).
• Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 11:00 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
• Exceptions: Processing times may be longer during promotional offers, holidays, or special events.

Delivery Time

• Transit Time (USA): 6–10 business days from dispatch.
• Transit Time (Slovenia): 2–4 business days from dispatch.
• Processing Time: 1–2 business days.
• Total Estimated Delivery (USA): 7–12 business days from order date.
• Total Estimated Delivery (Slovenia): 3–6 business days from order date.
• Shipments occur Monday to Friday.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather or courier delays.

Shipping Process

• Reliable Courier Services: We ship all orders via trusted local and international couriers.
• Tracking Information: Tracking details are emailed once your order has been dispatched.
• Insured Shipments: In case of loss or damage, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
• Risk of Loss: Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier marks the order as Delivered. We are not responsible for stolen, lost, or misdelivered packages after confirmed delivery.
